VP Revenue

About the Role:

Webz.io empowers cybersecurity providers, financial monitoring, media monitoring, and social media monitoring clients with critical open, deep, and dark web intelligence to drive informed risk analysis and strategic decision making. Our offerings include comprehensive API based data solutions and Lunar, our advanced credential monitoring platform, enabling proactive threat detection.

We are looking for a top-tier growth stage VP of Revenue to lead and expand our revenue organization, fueling growth and establishing Webz.io as the indispensable data partner for our target markets. This role will harmonize Sales and Customer Success efforts to deliver a seamless, customer-centric experience, driving revenue growth and retention by showcasing the comprehensive value of our data solutions, including our innovative Lunar platform.

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven revenue strategy: Drive significant market expansion and achieve ambitious growth targets, aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Architect and optimize scalable sales and customer success processes: Implement best-in-class methodologies to ensure consistent revenue generation and exceptional customer lifetime value.
  • Build and lead high-performing revenue teams: Attract, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Drive strategic partnerships and direct sales initiatives: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in cybersecurity, finance, and risk intelligence, securing high-value deals.
  • Establish and manage accurate revenue forecasting and reporting: Deliver predictable revenue performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate to inform product, marketing, and sales strategies: Provide critical market feedback to influence product development and enhance go-to-market effectiveness.
  • Expand market presence and identify new revenue streams: Explore new industry verticals, geographic regions, and customer segments to drive sustainable growth.

What You Should Have for the Role:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales and revenue leadership, with at least 5 years in a VP/SVP/Director role.
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue from $10M to $50M+ in a SaaS or data-focused company.
  • Expertise in building repeatable and scalable sales and customer success processes, with a focus on outbound sales and strategic account management.
  • Excellent operational and project management, including the ability to manage diverse projects and multiple priorities under aggressive timelines and expectations
  • Experience in managing both direct sales and channel/partner programs.
  • Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and managing local and remote revenue team members.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience leading global teams across multiple geographies.
  • Advantage – Deep experience selling data products, APIs, DarkWeb data and technology solutions.
  • Advantage -Strong network and experience selling into cybersecurity, financial services, risk intelligence, or media industries.
