Revenue Operations Manager

Webz.io is seeking a hands-on Revenue Operations Manager to own, execute, and maintain day-to-day revenue operations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

This is a highly execution-oriented role, focused on system ownership, process implementation, automation, and ongoing operational support across the full revenue funnel. The role requires strong attention to detail, structure, and consistency.

We are looking for a RevOps professional who enjoys building, running, and continuously improving operational workflows that enable GTM teams to operate efficiently and at scale.

What You’ll be Doing:

Own and execute day-to-day Revenue Operations workflows and automations, primarily supporting Sales and Marketing (≈80%), with some interaction with Customer Success and Finance (≈20%)
Build, configure, and maintain HubSpot workflows, automations, funnels, and drip campaigns
Manage ongoing CRM maintenance, backlog, and prioritization of RevOps requests from GTM teams
Translate business needs into clear, structured operational processes and system configurations
Own reporting and dashboards for Sales and Marketing, ensuring data accuracy and consistency

What You Should Have for the Role:

3+ years of hands-on experience in Revenue Operations / Sales Operations / Marketing Operations / Business Operations
Strong operational mindset enjoys structured work, documentation, and system maintenance
Proven expertise in HubSpot (hands-on configuration, workflows, automations – must)
Experience working in a mature SaaS tech company (50+ employees)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong ownership and ability to prioritize independently
