About the role:

As Revenue Operations Manager you will take full owner ship of the revenue funnel—from lead generation to customer retention—across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role is key to ensuring alignment across go-to-market teams, driving operational excellence, and implementing scalable systems and processes. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, ABM platforms, and payment process tools, along with a data-driven mindset and a passion for cross-functional collaboration.

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Manage and optimize revenue operations across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring strong collaboration between teams.
  • Oversee and maintain core systems including Salesforce, HubSpot, ABM tools (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense), and payment platforms.
  • Analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, customer lifecycle, and retention data to generate actionable insights and build dashboards and reports for performance tracking and forecasting.
  • Collaborate closely with product and finance teams to align on monetization strategies.
  • Develop and implement training programs, best practices, and onboarding processes to enable go-to-market teams.

What You Should Have for the Role:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations supporting Sales, Marketing, and/or Customer Success teams.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, ABM tools, and payment-related platforms/processes.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a passion for turning data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, sales enablement, and CS tools.
  • Effective communicator who thrives in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong project management skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to improve systems and processes continuously.
