This is a maternity leave replacement role that blends operations, people experience, and a touch of IT and finance — perfect for someone who enjoys making things run smoothly and fosters a positive, engaging workplace culture.

What You’ll be Doing:

Keep our office running smoothly — from working with suppliers, and vendors to daily logistics and employee support.
Welcome new team members and lead onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
Work closely with the Finance/HR team on purchases, budgets, expense reports, and company credit cards.
Take care of basic IT needs — order and track equipment, solve small issues, and coordinate with our IT partner.
Coordinate travel logistics — flights, hotels, and expense tracking.
Oversee the planning and execution of company events and employee-experience programs, such as happy hours, holiday gifts, outdoor activities, and team-bonding experiences.

What You Should Have for the Role:

1+ years of experience in a similar role within a hi-tech or startup environment.
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking abilities.
Excellent English (spoken and written).
A proactive, dependable, and positive team player with a “get-things-done” mindset.
Comfortable working on-site 5 days a week from our amazing office.
Availability to start in early November.
