As a Content Marketing Manager at Webz.io, you will be pivotal in developing and executing a content strategy that drives website traffic, generates qualified leads from both organic and paid channels, builds brand awareness, and establishes Webz.io as a thought leader in the industry. You will be responsible for the end-to-end creation and distribution of a variety of content formats, working both independently and in close collaboration with internal and external teams. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver exceptionally high-quality content with minimal oversight.

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Drive a data-driven content strategy to achieve a 25% YoY organic traffic increase and contribute significantly to annual lead generation (thousands).
  • Oversee creation of SEO-optimized content (blog posts, ebooks, whitepapers, etc.) and manage outsourced writers based on SEO agency briefs, ensuring high quality.
  • Collaborate with cyber analysts on “Dark Web Pulse” and contribute to CEO thought leadership content, following a similar briefing/review process.
  • Own end-to-end newsletter process (NBD, DWP, Cyber Roundup) via Hubspot.
  • Implement gated content strategies, optimize CTR, and continuously improve content conversion rates.
  • Ensure accurate and SEO-optimized content upload to WordPress, leveraging Google Analytics and PowerBI to track leading/lagging performance indicators.
  • Manage content calendars/workflows in Monday.com to meet ~12 monthly content pieces, working ~50% independently and 50% collaboratively with relevant teams.

What You Should Have for the Role:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in content marketing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating experience writing for a technical audience, including product managers, developers, and cybersecurity professionals.
  • Strong editing, writing, and communication skills – Native English – a must!
  • Excellent understanding of social media marketing and SEO best practices, with a proven ability to drive organic traffic and lead generation.  
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and deliver exceptionally high-quality work with minimal feedback.
  • Passion for creating engaging content across various formats.
  • Proven working knowledge of content management systems (WordPress, including content upload, SEO optimization, and basic troubleshooting).
  • Proven working knowledge of CRM/Marketing Automation platforms (Hubspot, with experience in email marketing, list segmentation, and reporting).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using Google Analytics and ideally PowerBI to track and analyze content performance.
  • Experience managing and providing feedback to external content creators.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, ideally Monday.com.
