Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all business clients subscribing to Webz.io’s services (“Services“).

By subscribing to our Services, you agree to the terms outlined below. This Cancellation and Refund Policy shall not derogate from any engagement terms or agreements between the parties. In the event of any conflict between this policy and the terms of a specific engagement or service agreement regarding refund, cancellation, or related matters, the terms of such engagement or service agreement shall prevail.

  1. Subscription Fees

All subscription fees are:

  • Billed in advance for the applicable subscription period (monthly, quarterly, or annually)
  • Based on subscriptions purchased, not actual usage
  • Non-refundable and non-cancellable except as expressly set forth in this policy or as required by applicable law
  1. Cancellation by Client

2.1 Auto-Renewal Cancellation

  • To prevent automatic renewal of your subscription, you must provide written notice at least ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of your current subscription period
  • Cancellation of auto-renewal does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid

2.2 Early Termination for Convenience

  • You may terminate your subscription for convenience by providing sixty (60) days prior written notice
  • Early termination does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid for the current subscription period
  • You remain responsible for all fees due through the end of the notice period
  1. Refund Eligibility

You may be entitled to a refund only in the following circumstances:

3.1 Material Breach by Webz.io

  • If Webz.io commits an uncured material breach of its representations, warranties, covenants, or obligations under the service agreement
  • Webz.io must be provided written notice of the breach and fifteen (15) days to cure
  • Refunds will be prorated based on the unused portion of the subscription period following the breach

3.2 Service Level Credits

  • If service availability falls below our 99% monthly uptime commitment, you may be eligible for service credits (not refunds) as calculated under our Service Level Agreement
  • You must request credits within seven (7) business days of experiencing downtime
  • Credits are your sole remedy for service availability issues

3.3 Discretionary Refunds

  • Webz.io may, in its sole discretion, provide refunds in exceptional circumstances
  1. No Refunds for Unused Services

You are not entitled to any refund, credit, or compensation for:

  • Unused API calls or services
  • Cancelled subscriptions (except as provided in Section 3)
  • Partial usage during a billing period
  • Voluntary downgrade of services
  1. Payment Obligations Upon Termination

Termination of your subscription does not release you from the obligation to pay:

  • All fees due and owing up to the effective termination date
  • All fees for the full subscription period if terminating for convenience
  • Any outstanding invoices
  1. How to Request Cancellation or Refund

To request a cancellation or refund:

  • Send written notice via email to: [email protected]
  • Include your account details, reason for cancellation/refund request, and relevant documentation
  • For refund requests based on breach, provide specific details of the alleged breach
  1. Processing Time
  • Cancellation requests will be processed within [5-10] business days
  • Approved refunds will be issued within [30] days to the original payment method
