Webz.io Source Review – Telegram Fresh Fullz and Dumps

Fresh Fullz and dumps is a Telegram group that was created with the goal of sharing, selling and purchasing leaked personally identifiable information (PII) for financial fraud and carding.

• Typical Users: Users post daily with offers that include carding, leaked credit cards, bank account information, and money transfers that enable money laundering.  

With over 600 daily messages, the Fresh Fullz and dumps Telegram group is a public group for members interested in leaked data and financial fraud. These public Telegram groups are a way for users in the chat application to share their information with up to 200,000 members. The Webz.io Cyber API has over 13K posts (with up to 20 messages in each post) from this group as of this post’s publication. 

Telegram is a chat application founded in 2013 by Parel Durov, founder of VKontakte, the Russian equivalent of Facebook. After selling the social media platform, he then went on to create Telegram only a few years after WhatsApp was already popular. Developed at a time when Snowden was calling out the United States on their mass surveillance system, Telegram’s mission is to protect private conversations and data from third-parties (including governments). 

Unlike other chat applications, Telegram offers full anonymity, including the ability to forward messages anonymously and to set up a username while preserving a user’s phone number as private. Not surprisingly, these features have also encouraged criminals to flock to the chat application as well. Telegram groups can be public or private, but Fresh Fullz and dumps is a public group. 

The group’s name, Fresh Fullz and dumps, is composed of two terms term hackers use to refer to financial fraud. Fullz is a term used to describe full packages of individual’s identifying information (including but not limited to credit card information). A credit card dump refers to an unauthorized digital copy of the data on an active credit card, such as the card number and expiration date. Once this data is available to a hacker, it can be used to make purchases.
