What is the syndication feature?

The syndication feature allows users to select whether they want their data feed to exclude duplicated content or to include highly similar or identical content – with a simple filter. The Webz.io News API groups content with over 90% similarity within a 24-hour window. This allows users to avoid duplication that might clutter their analysis or opt-in to integrate syndicated content.

The syndication feature is now the default mode of all News API searches, excluding identical and highly similar content. Users who require duplicated content can easily include such content in their results by unchecking the “exclude syndicate” box.
