VP of Sales

About the Role:

Webz.io empowers cybersecurity, financial risk, media, and social monitoring organizations with critical open, deep, and dark web intelligence.

Our portfolio includes comprehensive API-based data solutions across the Open and Dark Web, as well as Lunar, our credential monitoring platform built on a product-led growth (PLG) motion, enabling proactive threat detection and risk mitigation.

We are looking for a growth-oriented VP of Sales to lead and scale our global sales organization and drive the next phase of revenue growth at Webz.io.

This role will own the entire sales function, from pipeline generation through closing and expansion, while building and leading a high-performing team and strengthening our go-to-market strategy in a complex, data-driven SaaS environment.

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Own and lead the end-to-end sales function, including pipeline generation, forecasting, deal execution, and closing new business.
  • Drive revenue growth from both new and existing customers, including structured upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Build, lead, and scale the sales organization, managing SDRs and Account Executives, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
  • Develop and improve scalable sales processes, including qualification, discovery, deal stages, forecasting, CRM hygiene, and reporting.
  • Lead strategic enterprise sales efforts, building relationships with key stakeholders and closing high-value deals.
  • Partner closely with Marketing and Product to strengthen positioning, messaging, and overall go-to-market strategy.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and revenue visibility to executive leadership.
  • Identify new markets, verticals, and growth opportunities to expand Webz.io’s revenue footprint.

What You Should Have for the Role:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales and revenue leadership, with at least 3 years in a VP/Director role.
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue from $10M to $50M+ in a SaaS or data-focused company.
  • Strong HO experience building and scaling repeatable outbound and enterprise sales motions.
  • Experience managing and growing sales teams, including SDRs and Account Executives, both locally and globally.
  • Deep understanding of sales operations, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Experience in managing direct sales and channel/partner programs.
  • Excellent operational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in Cybersecurity and/or PLG companies – an advantage.
