Director of Marketing

About the Role:

Webz.io empowers cybersecurity, financial risk, media, and social monitoring organizations with critical open, deep, and dark web intelligence.

Our portfolio includes comprehensive API-based data solutions across the Open and Dark Web, as well as Lunar, our credential monitoring platform built on a product-led growth (PLG) motion, enabling proactive threat detection and risk mitigation.

We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Marketing to lead the marketing strategy across all Webz.io products, from Open and Dark Web data solutions with a strong focus on PLG motion for Lunar. 

This role owns end-to-end marketing strategy and execution across demand generation, product marketing, and brand, working closely with product, sales, and leadership. The ideal candidate brings proven hands-on experience building and scaling PLG products, driving adoption, pipeline, and revenue, while strengthening brand visibility. The Marketing Director is a key member of Webz.io’s leadership team.

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Marketing Strategy & Leadership – Own Webz.io’s overall marketing strategy across all products, aligning brand, product, demand, and growth initiatives with business goals. Lead with clear direction and strong execution.
  • Brand & Positioning – Define and evolve the company’s market positioning and messaging. Strengthen brand awareness, credibility, and thought leadership across target markets.
  • Demand Generation & Growth – Design and execute scalable demand generation programs to drive pipeline and revenue across inbound, outbound, paid media, and content.
  • PLG Marketing Ownership – Own the marketing strategy for Lunar, Webz.io’s PLG credential monitoring platform. Drive product adoption, activation, engagement, and growth.
  • Campaign Execution
  • Market & Customer Insights – Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and translate insights into clear marketing actions.
  • Performance & Analytics – Define KPIs and measure the impact of marketing activities across PLG funnels, pipeline, and revenue. Share insights with leadership.
  • Team & Collaboration – Build and lead a high-performing marketing team and work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure strong go-to-market alignment

What You Should Have for the Role:

  • 5+ years of senior marketing leadership experience in B2B SaaS companies
  • Strong background in Product Marketing, Inbound Marketing, Demand Generation, and ABM
  • Experience balancing PLG and sales-led/enterprise go-to-market motions – Strong Advantage
  • Proven, hands-on experience building and scaling Product-Led Growth (PLG) products, including driving adoption, activation, and growth
  • Native-level English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deep familiarity with modern marketing stacks: marketing automation, CRM, paid media, analytics, and demand generation tools
  • Solid understanding of SEO, web analytics, and performance marketing
  • Highly data-driven, with experience measuring funnel performance, running BI reports, and optimizing campaigns based on insights
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and deliver measurable business results
  • Comfortable moving between strategic leadership and hands-on execution
  • Strong people leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
