User Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a talented and goal-oriented for the role of User Acquisition Manager to join our Inside Marketing team.


  • Creating and planning a variety of PPC campaigns across a range of digital channels
  • Monitoring and optimization campaigns on a daily basis
  • Ongoing Keyword research and management to optimize all aspects of ad bidding, keyword optimization, etc.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and present the performance of campaigns by generating weekly and monthly performance reports analyzing trends, goals, opportunities, and other key performance indicators
  • Write engaging and concise copy to modify CTAs on ads to boost click-through-rates and landing pages to boost conversion rates
  • Landing page testing, design suggestion, optimization, and a/b testing of landing pages and ads on multiple platforms
  • Owning the acquisition budget and distributing it properly to meet KPIs


  • 3+ years as a PPC/User Acquisition Manager in digitally-oriented companies –Must
  • Extensive Google and Linkedin advertising platforms experience - Must (AdWords certification is a plus)
  • Proficient in Excel/Power BI, and strong analytical skills – Must
  • High level of English - Writing, reading, and speaking
  • Excellent writing proficiency and content creation skills
  • Understanding marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience
  • Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
  • Creative thinking
  • Research and problem-solving skills
  • Generate clear ideas and concepts in collaboration with other teams
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • SEO knowledge - Big advantage
  • Prior experience with Hubspot - advantage
