Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process of candidates including screening CVs, phone interviews, etc.
  • Partner and work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide professional advice on prospective candidates
  • Actively and creatively recruit top-notch candidates, maintaining a strong talent pipeline while executing meaningful candidate experiences
  • Oversee and lead the internal company referrals program
  • Maintain close relationship with sourcing agencies and enable status transparency in real-time
  • Assist with office operational tasks and HR activities including welfare, employer branding, etc.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years prior experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager specializing in the high-tech industry recruitment from product companies or recruitment agencies
  • Must have excellent sourcing skills with the ability to find, engage and recruit passive candidates
  • Must have experience in recruiting technological positions
  • Hands-on experience with various hiring processes (interviewing, writing job descriptions, etc.)
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude and the ability to work in a dynamic startup environment
  • Must have strong communication skills in English
  • High level of energy, motivation, initiative and professionalism
