Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team.
- Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process of candidates including screening CVs, phone interviews, etc.
- Partner and work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide professional advice on prospective candidates
- Actively and creatively recruit top-notch candidates, maintaining a strong talent pipeline while executing meaningful candidate experiences
- Oversee and lead the internal company referrals program
- Maintain close relationship with sourcing agencies and enable status transparency in real-time
- Assist with office operational tasks and HR activities including welfare, employer branding, etc.
- Minimum 2 years prior experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager specializing in the high-tech industry recruitment from product companies or recruitment agencies
- Must have excellent sourcing skills with the ability to find, engage and recruit passive candidates
- Must have experience in recruiting technological positions
- Hands-on experience with various hiring processes (interviewing, writing job descriptions, etc.)
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude and the ability to work in a dynamic startup environment
- Must have strong communication skills in English
- High level of energy, motivation, initiative and professionalism
