- Strategic Leadership - Formulate and implement the company's overarching marketing strategy in harmony with its business goals and translate these strategies into team workflows and tasks. Inspire the marketing team to achieve success.
- Brand Management - Set the market positioning and messaging for the company, ensuring and enhancing brand awareness perception within the company's target markets.
- Product Marketing - Plan and execute marketing strategies for the company's products or services, effectively positioning them in the market. Drive product messaging and differentiation, and enable sales.
- Lead Generation - Coordinate and optimise marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and support revenue growth. Design and manage campaigns across online advertising, marketing automation, and other relevant channels.
- Marketing Campaigns - Utilise expertise in various marketing channels, including online advertising, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), social media, and demand generation tools, to design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns.
- Market Research - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and challenges in the B2B market, including understanding customer trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Monitoring & Performance Metrics - Establish key performance indicators to assess marketing effectiveness. Regularly evaluate and report on the impact of marketing efforts on revenue and other pertinent business metrics.
- Team Management - Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture that drives continuous improvement.
- Cross-Department Collaboration - Work closely with sales, product development, and other relevant departments to ensure marketing strategies align with the overall business goals.
- Over 5 years of management-level experience in marketing within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Recent experience in inbound marketing, including content marketing, product marketing, marketing campaigns (including ABM), and demand generation.
- Native-level English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing technologies, including online advertising, marketing automation, CRM software, and tools associated with digital marketing and demand generation.
- Solid knowledge of SEO strategies and relevant techniques.
- Strong data-driven approach with experience in conducting BI reports, Web Analytics, and Google AdWords.
- Proven ability to effectively translate strategic vision into tangible results, with a knack for precise execution and achieving measurable outcomes.
- Capacity to effortlessly transition between strategic planning and immediate implementation, highlighting adaptability to ever-changing market conditions.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively translate strategic objectives into actionable team workflows and tasks, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills.
